HEALTH & FITNESS :
Looking for a personal
trainer???
CLIMB
aims to not only provide educational and mentoring programs for our
youth, but also to develop professionals by promoting good health and
fitness within our community. Therefore, we have partnered with
personal trainer Joe Gardina to advise and consult the company on
health and fitness. In addition to providing more opportunities for
professional development, this partnership will give focus to the mind,
body, and soul.
Joe
Gardina has been a personal trainer for approximately two years. He
understands from personal experience the benefits of proper nutrition
and exercise. Approximately a year ago, focusing on his personal
health, Joe lost over 70 lbs!!! Whether your objective is to lose
weight, get in shape for a special event, or improve your overall
strength, Joe can put together a plan that will help you achieve your
goal.
Joe
Gardina works with clients, such as [CLIMB Founder] Ken Billups, to
institute the necessary workout plan, diet, and disciplines that are
essential for all professionals. The program is designed to help
professionals achieve a healthy and active lifestyle. Healthy and well
informed youth are essential ingredients of a productive community.
